SEGERA WILDLIFE

By dropping fences, sharing information and opening migration corridors Segera has revived a working cattle ranch into a thriving wildlife conservation area. Besides the lion, leopard, cheetah and hyena that hunt plains game here we have extraordinary birdlife and many rare and endangered species. Every year there are new generations of predators and prey, more elephant migrating through and more drama unfolding on Segera's 50 000 acre estate.

In 2025 Segera also celebrated the release of a founding community of Eastern Black Rhino into the vast Segera Rhino Sanctuary - this is the first time rhino have roamed this land for 60 years. Soon, more rhino will join them, further corridors will be linked and the vision of regeneration will continue to thrive.

A PRIVATE, 50 000 ACRE, BIG FIVE CONSERVANCY

THIS IS A GAME CHANGING SAFARI

It is no exaggeration to say the four days and nights I spent there were some of the most incredible and fulfiling travel experiences of my life. Getting up before sunrise to go out with our guide on drives was a highlight. Watching the sun rise, Mount Kenya in the distance, the anticipation of which creatures we would see - it was like being a child again. TATIANA
